Chapter 27: The Potter Family Tragedy

in 1999 the Potter family dealt with the unthinkable when they lost their youngest daughter, Tabitha, when she was murdered by a local house painter. They, also, never got justice for her murder. 22 years later, the unthinkable happens again.
