Chapter 44: The Disappearance of Loretta Frank & Case Updates

Loretta Ann Frank was a 19 year old indigenous woman living in B.C. Canada in 1989. She was diagnosed with Schizophrenia and living in an assisted living facility in Whitehorse when she visited her brother and sister-in-law in Yukon. after her visit, they never saw her again. 5 years later, police would FINALLY look into her disappearance.
